I edited it entirely with freeware, a combination of MS paint and Ultimate Paint

Note
Glue the two Bow's together, then glue them to her back.
Also I'm sorry her hair is a little bit taller than her! I've figured a solution, just set her on a little stand like a lego or something that makes her the same height as her hair and it's fixed. She balances perfectly too.
